Bluewave Maintenance Notification

In an effort to provide continuous delivery of quality service, we occasionally perform routine maintenance which may result in service disruption. Please be advised that maintenance will be performed on the following dates and times:


Thursday, November 5th, 2020 - 2:00 am to 7:00 am

Duration: 5 hours

Service Impact: TBi will perform various equipment and configuration upgrades that will require devices being offline for short periods

Reason for Maintenance: Network upgrades to improve stability and reliability


Please note: All maintenance entails a certain level of risk, and although Bluewave makes every effort to provide accurate expected customer impact, there is always the possibility of conditions outside of Bluewave's control to cause impact to be greater than anticipated.
